I wanted to thank you for the $200 sponsorship of the Mandan Summer Track and Field Program. We had 105 boys and girls compete this summer. The ages were from 6-14 years of age. This is an excellent number of athletes. Fifteen coaches gave the kids instruction at each of the individual events. The kids had a lot of fun competing in a wide range of events. I would like to express the appreciation I had to deal with Bradley Faehnrich when purchasing my newer car. I have been in the shopping mode for a newer car for the past year. I found Bradley to be very accommodating to work with. He is not a pushy sales rep. and that is very much appreciated. I first asked Bradley to not pester me at home or at work. He didn't! When I test drove a car, he told me the facts about it and when I said I would think about it, her respected that. He made my purchase easy without any hassels! Karen Holte Watford City

My parents live in Grand Junction Colorado and were in ND this past week. My parents are elderly (Dad is 89 Mother is 79) and they asked me if I would help them look for a new car. I stopped at your facility on Sat, June 13 and met Ken Reed for the first time. I explained to Ken that my parents were planning on being in Bismarck for one day only and so I had a short time to find them a car; that they owned a Buick Park Avenue and were looking for a comparable car and that I was also going to look at the Toyata Avalon's.
I also explained to Ken that my Dad has asthma and, in the past, has had allergic reactions to some new cars (we think it may be the carpeting)so we talked about getting a "program car", that has been aired out, vs. purchasing a new car and having the carpets steam cleaned. The long and short if it was Ken was extremely helpful as I narrowed down cars for my parents to look at.
Personally I am a Toyata Avalon car guy. So I also went to Cedric Theel and selected some Avalon's for my parents to test drive.
On Monday of this week my parents met with Ken and he showed them a new Buick Lucerne that he and I felt was "the right car" for my parents. Ken was extremely helpful, informative and patient with my parents.
My parents also went to Cedric Theel and drove the Avalon's. Nothing negative about Cedric Theel, but Ken was so much more "the salesman" than at Cedric Theel. He was so much more through, informative, patient and his demeanor so much more pleasing.
I have my own business, and to me, when it comes to marketing your company, no matter what business your in, it is all about customer service. I constantly tell my employees, it is all about "exceeding customer expectations." Ken exceeded my expectations and then some. Ken Reed exemplifies outstanding customer service. He is a "winner", you have an outstanding salesman!

Steve, I just wanted to send a quick note and let you know how happy we are with our Envoy that we purchased from your dealership.
