December 2008 - The Bismarck/Mandan Chamber of Commerce held its annual Holiday Mixer at the Bismarck Civic Center featuring area business. Each year Schwan GM Auto Center has the privilege of sponsoring the event. As always, it was a huge success.  

November 2008 - Pictured Above- Schwan GM Auto Center participated in the United Way Campaign. We had 100% employee participation again this year and a Corporate match totaling $10,500.

April 2008 - "On behalf of the West Dakota Chapter of the American Red Cross, thank you for your participation in the 2008 Heroes Campaign. I am grateful for your contribution of $1,000. Thank you for your generosity." Jay Gotta, Board Memeber

November 2007 - "The Strasburg Wildlife Club would like to thank you for your donation for our auction. It was a great success again this year. It would not happen without your help. Thank You! Strasburg Wildlife Club, Ken Zacher-President"

October 2007 - "Thank you for your support of Boy Scouts! We appreciate all that you did to make the Scout car races a success last weekend. As District Chair for the Frontier Trails District, I want to let you know we appreciate your significant contribution! Gail Hagerty (p.s. The Bonneville is still a real joy!)

October 2007 -  Schwan GM Auto Center hosted the Boy Scout Pinewood Derby Race Day on Saturday, October 20th. The Paint & Collision department became a practice area for the boys to try their car designs.

June 2007 - "Thank you so much for the generosity and the opportunity to hold this fundraiser for our wrestlers at your business. Bryant did a great job in organizing this event and deserves a lot of credit for making it such a success. The funds raised from this opportunity are greatly appreciated and will help in furthering the experiences of our kids in the sport of wrestling." Century Wrestling Boosters

March 2007 - "On behalf of the Board of Directors and the 675 players of Bismarck Youth Baseball I want to thank you for your donation of $500. Without strong community supporters our program would not be the success it is today."

January 2007 - $2,500 was donated to Home on the Range by Steve and Janet Schwan. A donation for $1,000 was made to the Bismarck State College Foundation in the name of Steve and Janet Schwan.
